  • Can I attend in person?
    Yes, I offer 1-1 sessions in a discrete and quite office in Tring. Contact me direct if you wish to have a in person session
  • Are you qualified?
    I don’t hold any formal qualifications, but I do have lived experience with mental health challenges and have spoken publicly about my journey and the ways I manage it day to day. In addition, I work closely with a number of qualified counsellors and therapists. If you’d prefer to speak with someone professionally accredited, I’d be happy to put you in touch.
  • I'm concerned about confidentiality.
    Your privacy is extremely important to me. Anything you share in a session is treated with complete confidentiality and will never be shared without your permission — unless there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else, in which case we have a duty of care to act responsibly. I create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, knowing that your trust is respected and protected at all times.
  • How can I book a session?
    You can book a session by visiting our website and using the online booking system, or by contacting us directly via phone or email.
  • What are your operating hours?
    Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM. We also offer evening and weekend sessions by appointment.
